You simply contact us by telephone, email, or fax with details of officials travelling. We will handle it from there ensuring we get back to you with the most reasonable quotes and a wide enough variety and options to make your journey pleasant. Your ticket will be delivered to your doorstep.
- Tours to Ghana tourist sites
If your corporate visitors want to see beyond the boardroom/conference room and wish to explore a bit of the country. Simply call F&A and we will assist you draw up an appropriate itinerary for them.
- Follow up of visa application process
You simply contact us by telephone, email or fax with details of officials travelling. We will collect the travel documentation from your office; F&A will handle it from there. Your travel documents will be delivered to your doorstep. Please bear in mind some embassies may require certain persons to attend personal interviews.
- Residence and work permits follow ups for expatriate staff
You simply contact us by telephone, email or fax with details of employees travel documents and status. We will collect their travel documentation from your office and coordinate all processes between your office and immigration until completion. We will also provide reminders on renewals.
- Airport duties
Our efficient members of staff will assist your corporate employees and visitors with customs and immigration arrival/departure formalities and provide transport to and from the airport.
- Clearing and forwarding
We provide a critical interface between our clients and their cargo. We ensure that from the time goods touch down here in Ghana, be it by air cargo or by sea, there is no down time in getting it to your door step.
- Crew Management
If you need a company to take over the responsibility of chaperoning and shuttling your crew from the airport to their hotel, just give us a call. For a small fee we will provide a perfect interface between hotel and travel whilst your crew are here in Ghana. We will also be available at your request for any other chaperon duties.
- Vehicle Hire Services
Need a vehicle to take your clients round? Just call F&A. We hire out buses, 4x4’s, salon cars, self drive or chauffeur driven to desired destinations.
- Group and Conference Travel, (for conference and seminars)
Organising a conference or seminar? If you are expecting guests/participants from different regions, countries etc. just call F&A and we will coordinate the timely arrival of all participants, ensure they are shuttled to and from their hotel to the seminar on time. In addition we will provide site seeing arrangements at your request.
- Under 18’s Tour locally and Abroad
Do you need to get some school children away on an educational trip either home or abroad? Just call us and we will arrange it all for you.
- Travel Advisory
Are you concerned about anything in connection with your travel? F&A is there to put you at ease.
